California Tomato Harvest

The California Tomato Harvest is coming to an end. So far, we've seen high yields and great quality. Per the current USDA audits, we are showing about 12.3 million tons harvested as of 10-3. This is right on target with the original estimate of 13.5 million tons for the 2009 pack season. The chart below is provided by the Processing Tomato Advisory Board.
